The Malta Motorsport Federation with the support of the FIA Institute for Motor Sport Safety and Sustainability and Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport, and with the assistance of the Motor Sports Association UK as FIA Regional Training Provider, is organising the first series of Officials’ Safety Development Course planned to be delivered in Malta by Motor Sports Association (MSAUK) Academy coaches.
The Officials Safety Course is designed to train Officials to become Trainers. Applications for the Train the Trainer course are open to individuals who are 20 years of age and over on the 1st September 2011 and who are in current membership with one or more of the Member Clubs of the Malta Motorsport Federation. The workshop offers training in various motor racing officials’ posts mostly used by the clubs. Applicants will have to undergo an interview, on Thursday 22nd September 2011 with an FIA Institute Official RTP. The course is certificated by the FIA Institute, MMF and MSAUK.
